Each Sound Meditation will begin with a meditation, move into sound bowls and/or gong with additional instruments, and close with meditation.

Depending on the class you are looking for, your session will begin with a warm up, bring an awareness to you, feature a playlist that reflects the goal of the session, and either slow, faster paced movement or both.

Special events can range from 1.5-6 hours including Sound Meditation, Yoga Classes, and bring a group of individuals together to create a memorable experience. We love collaborating with like-minded businesses.
